


Project Overview:
Doji UK, a brand specializing in selling refurbished phones with warranty and customer satisfaction guarantees, approached us to create an explainer animation that would set them apart in a market full of unreliable second-hand phone sellers. The goal was to highlight the common issues customers face when buying second-hand phones online, such as hidden defects, lack of warranty, and the risk of dealing with untrustworthy sellers.
To address these concerns, we crafted a 30-second animation that not only underscored the problems but also presented Doji as a safe and reliable solution. The animation emphasized how Doji offers affordable prices, peace of mind with included warranties, and a seamless buying experience. By focusing on these key aspects, we aimed to build trust and showcase Doji as the go-to brand for refurbished phones.
Our team was responsible for the entire production process, from scripting and storyboarding to selecting the voice-over artist and bringing the animation to life. The result was a concise, impactful animation that effectively communicated Doji’s value proposition and resonated with potential customers.
